Service Description

Format: Online (Zoom) Language: Japanese Zoom opens 15 minutes before the session start time. Please log in with time to spare. ※ All session times are displayed in Japan Standard Time (JST). ───────────────────────────── 【What to Prepare】 Your full EGAKU Art Kit: EGAKU Pastels, EGAKU Fine Paper – 12 Color Set, EGAKU Frame, and Fixative Spray (100ml). · If you do not have an EGAKU Art Kit or need to replenish your supplies, please purchase in advance: https://whiteship.net/en/egaku/#shop · If you are based outside Japan and do not have fixative spray, please see our guide on suitable alternatives: https://whiteship.net/en/egaku/faqs.html#faqs_materialsglobal ───────────────────────────── 【Important Notices】 Session Participation: · Due to the nature of the program, participants are required to have their camera on throughout the session. Observation-only attendance is not permitted. · Partial attendance — including late arrival or early departure — is not permitted. Participants who have not joined within 15 minutes of the session start time will be treated as no-shows and the session will count as used. Technical Requirements: · This session is conducted via Zoom. · Please connect using a computer or tablet. Smartphones are not supported for the Zoom session. · Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. We cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties arising from your internet connection, device, or local network environment. However, where any such issue is directly attributable to our fault or negligence, we will offer an alternative session. · Please ensure your device has a working webcam, microphone, and speakers. · During the session, you will be asked to photograph your completed artwork using your smartphone camera. Please have your smartphone available for this step. Cancellation Policy: · Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled via Manage Bookings on the EGAKU Booking Site up to 12 hours before the session start time. · Your EGAKU Art Kit is required for participation. If your kit has not arrived in time for your session, please reschedule or cancel via the Manage Bookings page on the EGAKU Booking Site no later than 12 hours before the session start time. · If you are unable to attend on the day, please notify us at egaku@whiteship.net. · For full details of our cancellation policy and art materials, please refer to our Program Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled via the Manage Bookings page on the EGAKU Booking Site no later than 12 hours before the session start time. After this deadline, cancellations and changes are not permitted. No-shows will count as a used session.

  • As EGAKU sessions are group-based and follow a structured format, partial attendance is not possible. If you are unable to join within 15 minutes of the session start time, your booking will be treated as a no-show and the session will count as used.

  • If a session cannot be held due to a natural disaster, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and arrange an alternative session. Where no suitable alternative can be arranged, the session will be credited back to your account.

  • Where unavoidable circumstances require us to cancel or modify a session — including changes to the date, time, or venue — we will notify you at your registered email address as soon as reasonably possible. If the change prevents you from attending, we will offer an alternative session or credit the session back to your account.
