Service Description

Venue: White Ship, Inc. — Office & 9201 Gallery 6F Terasawa Bld, 1-7-17 Moto-Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo Language: Japanese / English Doors open 15 minutes before the session start time. Please plan to arrive with time to spare. ※ Due to the nature of the program, sessions may occasionally run slightly over the scheduled end time. ───────────────────────────── 【What to Bring】 TOTSUKITOKA / EGAKU BASIC participants: Your EGAKU Art Kit: EGAKU Pastels, EGAKU Fine Paper – 12 Color Set, EGAKU Frame, and Fixative Spray (100ml). * If you need to purchase your EGAKU Art Kit or replenish your supplies, order online: https://whiteship.net/en/egaku/#shop * Art supplies are also available for purchase at the venue on the day. * If you have already ordered your EGAKU Art Kit, we will have it ready for you at the venue. Single Session participants: Art materials will be provided. No purchase necessary. ───────────────────────────── 【Getting here】 6 minutes on foot from Akasaka Mitsuke Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza and Marunouchi Lines), Exit B. https://whiteship.net/en/access.html ───────────────────────────── 【Important Notices】 · Due to the nature of the program, partial attendance — including late arrival or early departure — is not permitted. Participants who have not joined within 15 minutes of the session start time will be treated as no-shows and the session will count as used. Observation-only attendance is not permitted. · If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via the Manage Bookings page on the EGAKU Booking Site no later than 12 hours before the session start time. · If you are unable to attend on the day, please notify us at egaku@whiteship.net. · For full details of our cancellation policy and art materials, please refer to our Program Terms & Conditions. · During sessions, photographs and occasional video footage may be taken for our internal records. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member before the session begins. Opting out will not affect your participation in any way. · Session availability is subject to capacity limits. If a session is fully booked at the time of your reservation, you may be added to a waitlist. Waitlisted participants will be notified if a place becomes available.


Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled via the Manage Bookings page on the EGAKU Booking Site no later than 12 hours before the session start time. After this deadline, cancellations and changes are not permitted. No-shows will count as a used session.

  • As EGAKU sessions are group-based and follow a structured format, partial attendance is not possible. If you are unable to join within 15 minutes of the session start time, your booking will be treated as a no-show and the session will count as used.

  • If a session cannot be held due to a natural disaster, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and arrange an alternative session. Where no suitable alternative can be arranged, the session will be credited back to your account.

  • Where unavoidable circumstances require us to cancel or modify a session — including changes to the date, time, or venue — we will notify you at your registered email address as soon as reasonably possible. If the change prevents you from attending, we will offer an alternative session or credit the session back to your account.
